On April 19-20, 2023, Infopulse Poland attended the 7th BSS Forum & 10th Outsourcing Stars Gala by Pro Progressio. Elaborating on the "Follow the Leaders" theme of the 2023 BSS Forum, at the event we met companies such as Lionbridge, KPMG, ING, Infosys, and Barry Callebaut among other visionaries. The ongoing efforts of our Polish teammates yielded two awards from the event organizer.
Infopulse Poland received the Best Software Developer award while Lukasz Olechnowicz, our Head of Business Development and Marketing and Chief Transformation Officer, received the Manager of the Year Award.
When I was the first hire of Infopulse Poland in 2019,
with some raw ideas for our development plan, I would have never believed it if
someone had told me we’d reach these heights as a team today. In 2023, we
receive the 2nd Outsourcing Star Award. An amazing cross-cultural
team of Infopulse proved that the impossible is possible. We are sure now that
with more years, we will raise the bar even more.

For the last 12 years as a part of Invest in Pomerania initiative, we have been doing our best to make Tri-city an attractive location for business. We are glad that for the third time in a row, this has been noticed and honored with an award at such a prestigious gala as Outsourcing Stars. Last year, Infopulse joined our Pomeranian business environment, and we helped them to relocate a large part of their specialists with families from Ukraine. Today, Infopulse was awarded as a leader in the “IT Software Development” category. A big part of their success is Łukasz Olechnowicz – EVP of Business Development & Marketing at Infopulse. We sincerely congratulate Łukasz for getting the “Manager of the Year” award and for his outstanding and inspirational acceptance speech.

For a decade, Pro Progressio runs the non-commercial competition Outsourcing Stars, where companies are awarded in over a dozen categories for their excellent growth and performance. IT Software Development is the category, which is present in the contest since the very beginning. In the 2022 edition, the award was won by Infopulse Poland, who had an excellent year and performed the best in this category. I am also very happy we could award Łukasz Olechnowicz – the EVP of Business Development and Marketing of Infopulse – who was titled the Manager of the Year 2022. Łukasz is a true leader and manager oriented not only on company goals but also on his Team and even families of Infopulse’s specialists. Congratulations to Infopulse, an international company with Ukrainian roots that has been operating in Poland for many years in the software development sector. Their presence in Poland, and specifically in Lodz, has been crucial for the local community. In light of the war in Ukraine, Infopulse relocated several hundred specialists and their families to Lodz. Recently, Infopulse was recognized for their achievements at the Outsourcing Stars Gala, winning in the “IT Software Development” category, and their EVP of Business Development & Marketing, Lukasz Olechnowicz, received the “Manager of the Year” award.
