Our Corporate Social Responsibility
Being a part of Norwegian company EVRY, Infopulse shares democratic beliefs, European values and traditions. Our corporate social responsibility reflects our intercorporate views based on the principles of mutual respect and human rights protection. We support integration of national minorities by backing up a series of international cultural events and projects with various charitable and educational organizations.
We at Infopulse strongly believe that everyone has equal opportunities and we don’t tolerate racial or any other kinds of discrimination. Infopulse is proud to contribute to fostering the culture of tolerance and respect in Ukrainian society and we strongly believe that together we can make this world a better place.
Among such acts is supporting the Ukrainian charity organization Kyiv Educational Center TolerSpace. This non-state non-profit organization is committed to spreading the culture of human rights and tolerance. The Education Center helps promoting traditions of various cultures through various activities, active communication and dialogue. The organization aims to foster interethnic peace and strengthen tolerance towards national minorities of Ukraine by mitigating xenophobic prejudice, Islamophobia and anti-Semitism.
One of such projects is a summer interethnic school Sources of Tolerance offering rehabilitation to children from all national minority communities, as well as refugees and residents of Donbass and Crimea regions. The “Sources of Tolerance” summer school helps to recover from stress caused by social-political situation in the country. This charity project first started in 2002 and since then has been supported by many Ukrainian and international companies and institutions as well as through private charitable donations.
European Values, Culture and Traditions
Infopulse also fulfills its responsibility to society by backing up an international European Camp program, founded by the Congress of Ethnic Communities of Ukraine. The main aim of this initiative is to teach children and teenagers about modern European values, culture and traditions as fundamental democratic beliefs and principles. This project aims at nurturing European consciousness and giving a perspective on core aspects of Ukraine being a member of European Community. The summer camp is open for children from all over Ukraine and from various ethnic communities, offers help and rehabilitation to internally displaced children and those from Ukrainian military families. As a part of European Camp activities, Infopulse together with the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” support European Studies project – a series of lectures for the summer camp teachers and community workers.
We are training specialists who will master European values, culture and traditions, and during the Summer Camp, will transfer their knowledge to the children. It is through bringing up European Values in our children’s consciousness that we can build a truly democratic European country.
