Infopulse builds its practices of corporate social responsibility on the grounds of respect for the people, communities, environment, and society as a whole. To realize our CSR vision to its full potential and implement it in all functional areas and operational activities of the company, Infopulse focuses on maintaining a multifaceted approach to developing a strong, sustainable and mature organizational culture, driven by the responsible, competent managers and trustworthy control processes.
Each year, we define objectives, plans, goals and related activities in terms of our corporate social responsibility strategy realization. Our performance and achievements in said activities are evaluated through the well-defined performance metrics for the environmental impact (including carbon footprint), customer satisfaction surveys, as well as compliance with labor standards and regulations, and much more.
Infopulse is actively involved in social programs that support various groups of people in need: orphaned children, people with disabilities, war veterans, and senior citizens. Thus, Infopulse has been working together with the Ukrainian Down Syndrome Organization since 2010, helping to improve the lives of over 10,000 people living with Down Syndrome in Ukraine. In late 2015, Infopulse also sponsored the opening of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center for the Ukrainian Ukrainian military heroes and refugees.
Together with Ukrainian non-state non-profit organization Kyiv Educational Center TolerSpace and the Congress of Ethnic Communities of Ukraine, Infopulse is involved in a series of public awareness campaigns aiming to foster the culture of tolerance and respect in Ukrainian society.

Responsibility to Environment
Infopulse is committed to the principles of sustainability and socially responsible operations, in which protection of the environment is a key component. These principles are reflected in the way we conduct our business as a company and in our individual roles as company representatives. To support these initiatives, in 2009 we implemented our Environmental Policy and were certified with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard.
We admit that corporate activities may affect natural resources and cause possible detrimental environmental effects on the human habitat due to the extensive use of hazardous materials. Through the innovative development of the company business as well as through effective collaboration with our clients, as a solution and information service provider and advisor Infopulse actively contributes to environmental sustainability.
Daily environmental activities, as well as compliance with the environmental protection principles, are documented and driven by Infopulse’s environmental management system. This includes an economic use of natural resources, energy, materials consumption, waste minimization and disposal, a strict accounting of environmental indicators, and protection of biodiversity.
To implement all necessary measures for environmental protection and minimization of the negative environmental impact, all company specialists obtain the necessary training as well as useful Go Green information and are involved in various environmental activities.
Climate Gas Emissions
Together with our parent company TietoEVRY, Infopulse conducts carbon emissions accounting and participates in the global Carbon Accounting Assessment. Statistical data on the environmental impact during business activities and energy consumption helps us to develop and constantly improve our environmental strategy and effective environmental measures. Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption
Infopulse operates in an honest, fair, responsible, transparent and accountable manner, with zero tolerance to dishonest and morally ambiguous behavior and bribery of officials. To ensure this, we have implemented a set of anti-corruption principles and measures, mandatory for all company specialists and our suppliers.
Infopulse has a defined restrictions policy when it comes to providing preferences, kickbacks and discounts, offering or accepting gifts, valuables, as well as others benefits, and taking part in any kind of unlawful operations or activities that in any way could be attributed to corruption. We strive to eliminate any possibility of unfair and improper business conduct and prevent such situations from happening. Together with our parent company TietoEVRY, Infopulse has developed and implemented a set of mandatory Conduct principles on how to behave in such circumstances. We ask all our specialists, business partners and suppliers to familiarize themselves with the said principles, follow these principles and comply with them in their business activities.
Procurement and Purchasing
All of the principles listed above have a direct effect on the way Infopulse conducts business with our parent company and clients, as well as on the relationships with our partners, suppliers, and communities we work with.
We urge our business partners to embrace our methods of business conduct and expect that they nurture the same values, abide by the laws, follow the principles of social responsibility, counter and prevent indecent or unlawful actions.
Since Infopulse conducts a socially responsible business, we only work with those business partners, who are also committed to the highest standards of business ethics, including and not limited to conducting honest sales- and marketing activities, preserving data security, protecting intellectual property rights, caring for nature and environment, following a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, etc.
Our principles, namely the “Norms of behavior”, “Ecological management policies”, “Anti-corruption program” and others, lay the foundation of the very core of the Infopulse’s corporate management system and are mandatory for all specialists of the company as well as our suppliers.
Breaches of the law, our Code or any related rules is not tolerated under any circumstances and we strongly encourage our employees, customers and other stakeholders to report compliance concerns that might be a violation of the Code, our policies and rules or the law. Incidents reported will be duly investigated and firm action is taken on any violations. All reports are treated in a strictly confidential manner.
