2022 brought us challenges that we had prepared for but still had hoped to avoid. Even though our BCP plan has included military risks since 2014, the reality of war created a level of uncertainty that even the most careful planning could not fully address. The only certainty we had was the understanding that we need to give our maximum effort.

This 103-page Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Report has been created to showcase how Infopulse, an international company with Ukrainian roots, managed to endure the incredibly tough year of 2022, namely:

- Continue to provide services to our 280 clients, never stopping for a day

2022 taught us to be flexible, appreciate big and small achievements, and give more than expected in return. It pushed us towards further transformations that are included in our plans for 2023.
